Joshua Grimes is a highly skilled Biotechnician III at Diazyme Laboratories, Inc., contributing to a cGMP and ISO 13485 certified medical device manufacturing environment since June 2021. Previous experience as a Biotechnician II involved working under General Atomics, Inc. Prior to these roles, Joshua served as a Sustainability Specialist with EcoNauts at UC San Diego, where initiatives focused on promoting sustainability among students through education and energy conservation campaigns. Additionally, Joshua has volunteer experience in the Progressive Care Unit at Scripps Health, assisting with patient needs and logistics, and completed a research internship at Sanford Burnham Prebys Medical Discovery Institute, gaining hands-on laboratory skills. Early experience as a Barista at Perks at UCSD enhanced customer service and teamwork abilities. Joshua earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology with a minor in Global Health from UC San Diego in 2021.
