Simon Collier currently serves as the Head of Learning and Culture at Diabetes UK, a position held since October 2016, with previous roles including Head of People and Development, and Head of Learning and Organisational Development within the same organization. Collier's extensive background in learning and development includes leadership positions at the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman, Action on Hearing Loss, and UNICEF UK, where Collier held similar titles focused on learning and development. Prior to this, Collier worked as a Personal Effectiveness Trainer at LEVELheaded and as a Training and Development Consultant at The Children's Society, alongside earlier experience as the Staff Development Manager at The National Gallery.
