Mariana Aguirre is a professional with extensive experience in various fields, currently serving as the Proprietor of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, which focuses on online sales of organic products for body care and environmental sustainability. Additionally, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016 and previously owned and managed Barbería El Galgo Negro from November 2017 to November 2019. Mariana has also worked as a Nutritionist at a private clinic from February 2016 to 2019 and as a university lecturer in applied mathematics to nutrition and food history from August 2016 to August 2017. Mariana holds a Diploma in Business Administration and Management from Universidad Anahuac Online (2019-2020) and a Bachelor’s degree in Food, Nutrition, and Wellness from Universidad del Centro de México (2011-2015).
