Debanjan Mandal is currently serving as a Project Management Associate at Dhruva Space since August 2024, following a role as a Junior Project Engineer at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics from October 2021 to August 2024, where responsibilities included supply chain management and vendor qualification. Debanjan's earlier experience as a Project Trainee focused on reviewing manufacturing drawings according to GD&T ASME Y14.5 standards. Educational qualifications include pursuing a Master of Business Administration at BITS Pilani since June 2023, a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Manufacturing Technology from the Academy of Scientific and Innovative Research (2020-2021), and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from SRM IST Chennai (2016-2020).
