Rene Verduzco Jr. Pharm.D., BCPS has held various roles throughout their career. Rene started as a Community Pharmacist Resident at HEB from July 2011 to June 2012, where they then transitioned to a Pharmacist position from July 2012 to March 2016. In 2016, Rene joined Doctors Hospital at Renaissance Health System as the Pharmacy Residency Director. At the same time, they also became an Assistant Clinical Professor of Pharmacy Practice at Texas A&M Health Science Center.

Rene Verduzco Jr. earned a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from The University of Texas at Austin from 2007 to 2011. Rene obtained additional certifications as a Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPT) from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in June 2019 and as a Pharmacist from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy in September 2018.
