Eric Ricardo is an experienced logistics and operations executive with a proven track record in network operations and distribution management. Previous leadership roles include Vice President of DC Operations and Vice President of West Operations at DHL, focusing on optimizing safety, service, and cost elements across multiple centers. Eric's career includes significant positions at Total Transportation Services Inc. and FedEx Ground, where rapid promotions were achieved through successful operational turnarounds. Eric holds an MBA with an emphasis in Finance from California State University-Dominguez Hills and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Chemistry from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, along with a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
