Ron Charlton currently serves as the Maninline Contracts Manager at DHL Realty Group since 2018 and has been with DHL since June 2010 as a Shift Manager, focusing on continuous improvement, shift performance, and compliance with Health and Safety standards. Prior experience includes a role as Departmental Operations Manager at Safeway RDC from June 1982 to June 2005, where Ron managed a team of up to 150 colleagues, implemented KPI management, and handled performance and absence management. Educational background includes attendance at Our Lady & St Bedes from 1973 to 1978 and Stockton College from 1997 to 2000.
