Ksenia I. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. In 2015, they began their career as an Education Volunteer at GotPolitics? and later became a Forum Coordinator at CHINA GOLD MINING FORUM. In 2017, they worked as a Management Consultant at Shell, where they provided consultation on optimizing the corporate structure of the commodities trading business. Ksenia then served as the Head of Business Development at Global Venture Alliance from August 2018 to September 2019. In 2019, they co-founded the Shalis Institute, focusing on undisclosed activities until September 2022. In 2020, Ksenia became a Partner at BadIdea and contributed to Forbes Russia as a Contributor. Additionally, they co-founded three companies: Stratengine.ai, DGT Network, and Glide HQ. At Stratengine.ai, Ksenia revolutionized decision-making processes by creating digital twins to allocate resources more effectively until September 2022. With DGT Network, they developed innovative enterprise architecture and deep data analytics until an undisclosed date. Currently, they serve as the Co-Founder of Glide HQ, a social news network for Gen Zs and Millennials. Ksenia I. obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (with a major in Economics) from the University of Warwick from 2013 to 2016. In 2014, they attended the Sotheby's Institute of Art, where they studied Art and its Markets. Ksenia then pursued a Master of Philosophy degree at the University of Cambridge from 2016 to 2017.
