Ronice Davis is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and training. Currently serving as a Customer Trainer and Customer Care Associate at DGA Security since July 2022, Ronice has developed strong skills in client relations and support. Previously, Ronice worked as a Customer Services Agent at Stop & Shop from June 2018 to October 2022. Educationally, Ronice is pursuing a Master of Public Administration with a focus on Inspection and Oversight at John Jay College (CUNY) from January 2023 to January 2025, having earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the same institution from August 2017 to July 2022. Ronice holds a High School Diploma from Dewitt Clinton High School, completed in 2017.
