Taiwo Oludimimu, MA, CSM®, currently serves as a mentor in the Ignite-Truist Mentorship Program at the DFW Alliance of Technology and Women and holds the position of Tech Support Supervisor at Colaberry School of Data Science & Analytics. With a strong background in customer support and operations management, Taiwo has previously worked as a Customer Support Manager at At Home Group Inc. and as a Correctional Officer at the Texas Department of Criminal Justice. Prior experience also includes roles as Area Operations Supervisor at Ross Stores, Inc. and Operations Coach for Burger King Corporation, where significant improvements in operational performance and staff management were achieved. Taiwo's educational credentials include an MBA in Human Resources Management from Capella University and a BBA in Accounting from Columbus State University.
