Romelia Flores is an accomplished IBM Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor with extensive experience in client engineering and industry solutions at IBM. Since January 2022, Romelia has focused on enhancing architecture and innovation within the company, previously holding a similar role from January 2007 to December 2022. Romelia's early career at IBM from 2000 to 2016 included the development of significant projects such as an Emissions Dashboard for a Canadian energy company and a 911/311 Video Integration Solution for a US client. Romelia holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin and has been an alumni of Baylor University's Engineering & Computer Science Board since 2014.
