David Muller is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the infrastructure and real estate development sectors. As the CEO and Founder of Muller Infrastructure since May 2024, David leads a public-private partnership (P3) developer that offers innovative delivery solutions for higher education and public agency clients. In addition, David founded DFM Development Services LLC in 2005, which specializes in navigating complex processes for real estate development and provides essential consulting services in the DC metro region. As CEO and Founder of Muller, Inc. since 2007, David oversees a leading civil construction business serving a diverse clientele in the Mid-Atlantic region. Prior experience includes a managerial role at The Peterson Companies, contributing to significant development projects. David holds a Bachelor's degree in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University, completed in 2003.
