Mustafa Selim Calayoglu has extensive experience in maritime operations, currently serving as the Head of Izmir Agency at DFDS since May 2002. In this role, Mustafa oversees the organization of all operations related to the safe docking and departure of vessels at the Fransa and Izmir routes, coordinating various departments such as customs, port health, and maritime police. Previously, Mustafa held multiple leadership positions at U.N RO-RO Isletmeleri A.S., including Head of Ambarli, Tekirdag, and Pendik Agencies, where responsibilities included managing similar operations for vessels arriving from Italy and France. Mustafa's career also includes roles in marketing, finance, and import-export specializations, as well as academic background from Pertevniyal Anadolu Lisesi.
