Mikael Vassing Rasmussen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, IT leadership, and business transformation. Currently serving as a Project Manager at DFDS since September 2021, Mikael is also the Owner of AvanTrio Consulting Aps, providing consultancy in project management and IT leadership, and the Founder of Sport2go Aps, a webshop specializing in AirBadminton equipment. Previous roles include Project Director at Gavdi, where Mikael oversaw project execution and delivery, and various leadership positions at A.P. Moller - Maersk, including Senior Director of HR systems and Director of multiple strategic initiatives. Mikael’s career began in the EDI domain, holding roles at Samson Transport Co., DanNet, and Purup-Eskofot, contributing to significant improvements in IT systems and service delivery across numerous organizations. Education includes studies at Københavns Universitet and Frederiksborg Gymnasium, with a focus on mathematics and science.
