Kristina Andersen is an experienced Talent Acquisition Consultant and HR Advisor at DFDS since September 2018, specializing in recruitment and talent attraction for the IT and Digital sectors. Prior to DFDS, Kristina served as a Senior HR Advisor and Recruitment Consultant at Capax Recruitment, focusing on engineering and IT recruitment services. From 2009 to 2014, Kristina worked as a Recruitment Consultant and Manager at Promoters, collaborating with major global brands to deliver marketing campaigns. Earlier experience includes a role as Conference Assistant at Confex Group Denmark, where responsibilities encompassed organizing B-2-B conferences and learning courses, and management at Shoe Studio Group. Kristina holds a Cand.merc in Marketing Communication Management and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School.
