Nishant Choudhary serves as the Managing Director at DFDL, where responsibilities include leading the Regional Dispute Resolution Practice and overseeing the Banking and Finance Practice Group in Myanmar. Additionally, Nishant holds prominent roles as Co-Chair of the EuroCham Myanmar Legal Advocacy Group and a member of the Executive Committee for the India Myanmar Chamber of Commerce. Previous experience includes positions at VDB Loi as Banking and Finance Lead, senior legal roles at ICICI Bank, and counsel at Parekh & Co., specializing in Competition Law. Education credentials comprise an LL.M. in Business & Finance Laws from The George Washington University Law School and an LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune, among other qualifications.
