Maithri Gunaratne has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as Branch Manager at DFCC Bank PLC since July 2016, where responsibilities include managing the Branch Assets/Liability portfolio and overseeing operations to meet performance targets. Prior to this role, Maithri held the position of Assistant Relationship Manager at DFCC Bank. Earlier career experience includes working as a Credit Officer at HBL - Habib Bank Limited from June 2013 to July 2016, focusing on credit portfolio management and analysis, as well as an internship that provided exposure to credit appraisals and corporate client coordination. Maithri holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from University College Dublin, completed in 2015, as well as education from the National Institute of Business Management and Jennings International College.
