Channa Dayaratne has extensive experience in the banking sector, primarily in treasury and investment banking roles at DFCC Bank PLC since August 2012, progressing from Assistant Vice President to Vice President, currently overseeing various responsibilities including sourcing long-term funding, managing equity portfolios, and coordinating capital raising efforts. Prior to this, Channa held the position of Chief Dealer and Head of Treasury at ICICI Bank in Sri Lanka, where responsibilities included managing assets and liabilities. Channa's career began at Seylan Bank PLC, serving as Senior Dealer with significant experience in treasury operations. Educational qualifications include a Dealing Certificate in Treasury from ACI and an Associate Diploma in Banking from the Institute of Bankers of Sri Lanka.
