John Conlan has extensive experience in public service, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Secretary General at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ireland since February 2014, with a prior role as Chief Financial Officer. Before this, John Conlan held the position of Project Director at the Irish Prison Service from January 2008 to January 2014.
