Previously held roles include Sous Chef at Chelsea Arts Club Limited and Chef De Partie at several renowned establishments, including D&D Restaurant and Sexy Fish, where Blair contributed to the opening team. Blair's culinary career began at Rudding Park Hotel as a Demi Chef/Pastry Chef, progressing through various positions that involved significant responsibilities in menu development, kitchen management, and high-volume food preparation.
