Mazen Hassan is an experienced Operations Engineer at Dexter since February 2022, responsible for monitoring KPIs to enhance operational efficiency, collaborating with manufacturing to improve systems and processes, analyzing production records, and focusing on continuous improvement strategies including lean manufacturing and process optimization. Prior to this role, Mazen served as a Junior Project Engineer at Shrader Canada from June 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included monitoring project progress and identifying areas for process enhancements. Mazen holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering (expected December 2024) and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Guelph, along with an AS Level from the International School of Creative Science, completed in April 2016.
