Haibo Yu, MBA, CPSM, currently serves as the Global Commodity Director at Dexter since July 2023. Previously, Haibo held the position of Global Commodity Manager at Shopify, overseeing diverse commodities and developing global supplier relationships across North America, Mexico, Asia, and Europe. Prior experience includes a role as Commodity Manager at VSG, A Dover Company, and serving as a Teaching Assistant during an MBA program at the College of William and Mary, where Haibo focused on financial accounting, corporate finance, and operations. An internship at Freeport-McMoRan involved streamlining supply chain processes, while earlier roles at Cooper Industries Ltd. and Fagor Electrodomésticos S.Coop. provided substantial expertise in supplier management and sourcing. Haibo's educational background includes an MBA from William & Mary and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
