Baber Inayat is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in quality management and operational leadership within the manufacturing sector. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality at Dexter Axle Company since June 2021, Inayat oversees quality systems and processes to meet customer expectations. Previously, Inayat held the position of President for Essex Furukawa Magnet Wire North America, managing full profit and loss responsibilities across seven manufacturing locations. Inayat also served in various senior roles at Superior Essex, including President of Magnet Wire North America, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing, sales, marketing, and supply chain management. Inayat's educational background includes a Master's degree in Engineering Management from The Wharton School and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Engineering & Technology Peshawar.
