JoAnn Roman-Mata, MBA, is an experienced project manager with a robust track record in managing various projects across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Apex Systems since June 2023, JoAnn leads the Multi Business Software Suite initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration among cross-functional teams. Previous roles include managing new product approvals at Artech L.L.C. for American Express and directing IT projects for the Arizona Department of Education. While at Strategic Staffing Solutions, JoAnn successfully managed $3M capital markets projects for Wells Fargo. JoAnn's earlier experience includes program and project management roles at Synchrony and CenturyLink, where significant achievements in campaign management and staff leadership were realized. JoAnn holds a Bachelor of Science from Arizona State University and an MBA from Grand Canyon University.
