Prior to Dexian, David served as Head of Business Application Development at VAKT Global Ltd, overseeing technical product development and operational management for a blockchain-enabled platform aimed at transforming post-trade processes. David also led IT development for the Global Oil division at Castleton Commodities International and managed a global team of developers at Morgan Stanley, focusing on transaction processing systems across multiple commodities.
