Rancy El Nmeir is an experienced project manager and R&D leader currently working at Devoteam as a Project Manager in Digital Impulse since January 2024. Prior to this role, Rancy served as a Project Leader at Polynom from September 2021 to December 2023, focusing on innovative AI solutions for clients in the Industry and Distribution sectors, including projects on predictive maintenance, logistics optimization, pricing strategies, and environmental challenges. Rancy's background also includes roles as an R&D engineer at Université Paris-Est Créteil, lecturer and researcher at respected institutions, and a PhD researcher with dual PhD degrees in Numerical Probability from Sorbonne Université and Saint Joseph University of Beirut. Rancy's academic credentials are complemented by a strong foundation in mathematics, having obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree from Saint Joseph University of Beirut.
