Kristian Norderhaug has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, sales, and leadership roles. Currently serving as a train attendant at Flytoget AS since February 2020, Kristian focuses on passenger safety and delivering high-quality service. Previously, as the leader of the Association Committee at Høyskolen Kristiania, Kristian managed communication between student associations and the Student Council and supported association development. Additional roles include sales assistant positions at Motorpool Handel AS and Circle K, as well as service advisory roles at Tesla. Kristian also fulfilled military duties as a driver and heavy machine gun shooter in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Educationally, Kristian holds a Master's degree in Leadership and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Sales Management from Kristiania University College, complemented by a high school diploma in Media and Communication.
