Bruna Cerdeira is a seasoned professional with a Master's degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade da Beira Interior. Currently serving as Team Manager at Devoteam since October 2023, Bruna has previously held the position of Business Manager at WINPROVIT, where responsibilities included overseeing recruitment processes, employee lifecycle management, client solution presentations, and commercial strategy development. Prior experience also includes a Talent Acquisition Trainee role at Altice Portugal, where Bruna focused on curriculum screening and internship program development, as well as a stint as a text reviewer for Fórum Covilhã Journal.
