Najib Radzuan has had a varied and extensive career in the IT industry. Najib began their career in 2014 as the Founder of Naqib IT Solution. In 2016, they moved to Mesiniaga Berhad as an Application System Manager. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC) as a DevOps Manager and Technical Lead | Solution Manager. During this time, they were responsible for Cloud Computing, Databases, DNS, Jenkins, Gogs, Red Hat 3Scale, PHP, WebAPI, C#, VB.NET, ASP, Cloud Services, and Platform Services. In 2019, they were a DevOps Lead at Lemvigh-Müller A/S, Pickles Ventures, and INSCALE. In 2020, they became a DevOps Institute Ambassador and Founder/Director of DevOps4Me Global. In 2021, they worked as a DevOps Engineer at TurnKey Lender. Najib is currently a Principal at Digi Telecommunications.

Najib Radzuan obtained a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2006 and a Degree in Electrical Engineering from the same institution in 2009.
