Chris Delphin currently serves as a Governance Officer at Devonport City Council since January 2023. With extensive experience in administrative and governance roles, Chris has also been the Company Secretary and Business Administration Manager for Irrigation Australia Limited since January 2017. Prior to this, Chris held similar positions at Think Water from 2013 to 2017, where responsibilities included managing franchise and shareholder agreements and organizing a national conference for a national and international entity.
