Jacqueline Sims currently serves as the Head of Service for Children & Families in Mid, East & North Devon and holds the position of Locality Director for the Devon Children and Families Service at Devon County Council since June 2021. Prior experience includes the role of Director of Children's Social Care at Cheshire East Council.
