Guy Ben Arie is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in engineering and investment. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Head of Engineering at malanta.ai since August 2024, Guy also holds investment roles at several innovative companies, including Substrata, DevOcean, CADY, WiseSight Inc., and Belong.Life. Prior to these ventures, Guy was the VP of Innovation at CyberArk, where responsibilities included establishing a corporate incubation program and leading integration efforts post-acquisition. Additionally, Guy co-founded Cybertinel, where oversight included engineering operations and culture development. Early career experience includes software development roles at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel and Magnus Engineering and Maintenance LTD, complemented by a practical engineering degree in software development from Technological College Beersheva.
