Laurent Messier, CPA, CA, CBV, currently serves as Chef de la direction et associé at GROUPE DEVIMCO, where responsibilities have included Vice-président finance et investissement and Directeur finance et investissement since October 2014. Prior experience includes roles in mergers and acquisitions and business valuation at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton from December 2010 to October 2014, restructuring and insolvency at Fuller Landau LLP in Montreal from January 2009 to December 2010, and audit at Ernst & Young from May 2006 to December 2008. Laurent Messier holds a Diplôme d'études supérieures spécialisées en comptabilité publique from HEC Montréal and a Baccalauréat en administration des affaires from HEC Montréal, as well as an international study session in finance from Alliance Manchester Business School.
