Romain Déjardin, Ph.D. has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology and engineering industry. Starting in 2010, they worked as an RF Consulting Engineer at ALTEN for two years. In 2012, they transitioned to Sagemcom, where they held multiple positions including R&D RF Design Engineer, Lead R&D RF Engineer, and RF Expert & Team Manager, leading RF technical aspects and developing new methods and skills within the company. Starting in 2018, Romain joined Devialet, where they held roles such as RF Connectivity and Network Technical Leader, R&D Engineering and Program Manager, System Engineering Manager, and Director of Hardware Engineering. Currently, they serve as the Chief Technology Officer at Devialet. Additionally, Romain also served as a Research Fellow and Research and Teaching Assistant at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne from 2005 to 2009.
Romain Déjardin, Ph.D., obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Université Le Havre Normandie in 2002. Romain then pursued a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne from 2003 to 2004. Afterward, Romain completed a Master of Science in Information & Communication Sciences at the same university from 2004 to 2005. Romain further continued their academic journey at Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne and successfully obtained their Ph.D. in Sciences et Techniques de l'Information et de la Communication from 2005 to 2008.
