James McConkey is an experienced IT professional and training officer with a diverse background in technology support and volunteer management. Currently serving as a 3rd Line Support Analyst at Devenish since September 2020, James also contributes to The Northern Ireland Boys' Brigade as a Lieutenant and Training Officer. A member of the New Horizon Ministries Ltd management team since 2009, James oversees health and safety and event stewarding for large audiences. Previously, James worked as an IT Engineer at A Logan Solutions, an IT System Administrator at Gordons Chemists, and held various roles at The Boys' Brigade and Dixons Retail. James holds an Ordinary Degree in Communication and Information Technology from Queen's University Belfast and has completed multiple qualifications in information technology and business.
