Konrad Hintermair is a prominent entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in building and managing successful ventures. As the Founder and Managing Partner at DevelopX, a TruVenturo Company, since January 2019, Konrad has been instrumental in overseeing the company's operations. Additionally, as a Partner at TruVenturo GmbH since July 2016, Konrad has played a key role in the company's development of leading digital ventures in Germany. Prior to these roles, Konrad served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, where leadership of high-performing teams in the Advanced Industries Practice was a focus. Earlier career positions included research engineering roles at Robert Bosch and Alstom Transport, developing advanced materials and technologies. Konrad holds an MBA from IESE Business School and dual degrees in Material Science and Engineering from Max Planck Institut and University of Stuttgart.
