Donna Goetz is a board member at DEVELOPMENTAL SERVICES OF. Donna previously worked as an administrative associate at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas from July 2009 to October 2012. There, they were responsible for the financial and patent portfolio operations within the Department of Technology Development. This included tasks such as invoicing, processing legal bills, and managing accounts receivable and payable. Donna was also responsible for maintaining the OGC database and composing license termination letters.

Donna Goetz has a BBA from Texas Tech University and a certification from the University of Texas at Dallas in Sponsored Projects Education Certification Training Research Administration. Donna also attended Eastern Hills High School.
