Dinah Frey serves as the Director of Community Engagement at Developmental Pathways since May 2015, where responsibilities include developing and leading the agency's Community Outreach and Engagement Plan, as well as conducting stakeholder analysis and relationship development. Previously, Dinah held the position of Associate Director of Data Management and Initiatives, managing key agency projects and analyzing their impacts. Experience as an Independent Contractor with SHG Advisors involved collaborating with stakeholders to assess impact, while prior roles at Hunger Free Colorado encompassed managing nutrition programs for older adults and children. Additional experience includes work as an Education Policy Analyst Intern at the Education Commission of the States and extensive coaching and teaching positions within Lincoln Unified School District. Dinah holds a Master of Arts in Sustainable Development from the School for International Training and a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul.
