Patience Fairbrother has held various roles in the field of brand and digital strategy, starting in 2012. They began as a Public Relations Intern at 451 Marketing in 2012, followed by a Communications & Development Intern position at Provide, Inc. in 2013. Fairbrother then joined Development Counsellors International, where they worked their way up from an Assistant Account Executive in 2014 to their current position as Vice President, Talent Attraction since 2023. In their roles at Development Counsellors International, Fairbrother has been responsible for leading brand and digital strategy development, serving as a brand champion for clients, overseeing website strategy, and working with economic development and talent attraction clients.
Patience Fairbrother earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Kenyon College, attending from 2010 to 2014.
