Nicholas DuBose has an extensive background in emergency medicine and healthcare. Nicholas began their career in the US Navy as an EM(N)2 (SW), where they served for six years. After their time in the Navy, they worked as a First Responder at Florida State University for eight months before becoming an EMT-B at the Crisis Center of Tampa Bay. From there, they worked their way up to ER Paramedic at Florida Hospital Tampa and then to FireMedic at the DeSoto County Board of County Commissioners. In 2010, they became a Cardiac Telemetry Tech at Lakeland Regional Health-Florida, where they worked for one year. Nicholas is currently a Board Member at Development Centers.
Nicholas DuBose has a Master of Science from Saint Leo University in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management, a BAS Supervision and Management from Polk State College in Public Safety Administration, a Fire Services Administration from the University of Florida, and an Associate of Arts and Associate in Applied Science from Hillsborough Community College in Lib Arts, EMS Technology, and the Fire Academy. Nicholas also has a Meteorology degree from Florida State University and a Nuclear Propulsion and Electrical Generation degree from the Nuclear Power School - Naval Nuclear Power Training Command (NNPTC). Finally, they have a High School Diploma from Lakeland Senior High School.
