Lyndon Baker is a seasoned professional in learning design and development, currently serving as a Senior Learning Designer at Development Beyond Learning (DBL) since May 2021. With a background that includes roles as a Digital Learning Manager at Smart Insights and an AvSec Learning and Development Specialist at Redline Assured Security, Lyndon has demonstrated expertise in creating innovative learning solutions for both online and classroom settings. Earlier experience includes owning Dynamic Learning & Development and serving as a Senior Project Officer with the Northern Territory Department of Education and Training. Lyndon holds multiple degrees in education and psychology, including a Bachelor of Behavioural Science (Honours) and a Master of Educational Studies, showcasing a strong foundation in both educational theory and practice.
