Lwazi Xashimba is a seasoned Network Specialist with extensive experience in managing and supporting Cisco Enterprise Network Infrastructure at the Development Bank of Southern Africa since October 2019. Prior to this role, Lwazi worked as a Network Engineer at Sizwe Africa IT Group, focusing on syslog analysis for Airports Company South Africa, and as a Network Engineer at Datacentrix, where responsibilities included user administration, network management, and developing standard operating procedures. Lwazi's career began in IT with various roles, including IT Trainee and Junior Programmer. Lwazi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Regenesys, a Diploma in Information Technology from ICESA City Campus, and a Cisco Certified Network Associate accreditation.
