Janagi Sankaran is currently serving as the Lead Data Analyst at DevCare Solutions since January 2023, where responsibilities include acquiring data for a candidate database, maintaining reports for team monitoring, assisting in BDT Testing, and understanding recruitment processes for enhanced verification. Prior to this role, Janagi was an Assistant Professor of English at Sri Sarada College for Women (Autonomous) from December 2019 to December 2022, also undertaking the role of class counselor for the undergraduate final year. Janagi's educational background includes a Master of Philosophy in English Literature obtained from Sri Sarada College for Women (Autonomous) in 2020, a Master of Arts in English Literature from the same institution in 2019, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Govindammal Aditanar College, completed in 2017.
