Gabriele Kraft has extensive experience in healthcare, notably serving at the Deutsches Herzzentrum München des Freistaates Bayern - Klinik an der Technischen Universität München since 2001 in various roles including project management for Magnet4Europe and as the Personalratsvorsitzende. Gabriele's background includes positions in operational health management and advocating for individuals with disabilities, as well as clinical roles as a pediatric nurse in specialized areas such as congenital heart defects and pediatric cardiology. Previous experience includes leadership as head nurse in a plastic and reconstructive surgical clinic and providing care for a child with cystic fibrosis. Gabriele holds multiple degrees from the University of Augsburg, including in Change Management and as a Systemic Coach, alongside certifications in health management and nursing from various institutions.
