Annahita Esmailzadeh currently serves as the Head of Customer Success Account Management for both Chemicals & Energy, and Travel, Transport & Energy at Microsoft since November 2021. In addition, Annahita holds the title of Certified Business Coach with Deutscher Verband für Coaching und Training (dvct) e.V. and works as a Keynote Speaker for Disrupting Minds GmbH. Annahita's prior experience includes significant roles at SAP, including Head of Innovation at SAP Labs Munich, Project Manager, and Product Expert for SAP S/4HANA Cloud, as well as a Business Intelligence position in the Manufacturing & High Tech Division. Earlier career highlights include a Customer Success Manager role at Shirtinator AG. Annahita holds both a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Management from Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, along with a certification as a Systemischer Business Coach from Münchner Akademie für Business Coaching.
