Currently, Gernot is involved in Diversity and Inclusion Management at Deutscher Motor Sport Bund e.V. Gernot has also worked with major organizations such as the European Commission, Deutscher Olympischer Sportbund (DOSB), UEFA, and FIFA in various roles related to sports, events, and project management. Gernot holds degrees in Sport Event Inklusionsmanagement, Office and Project Management, and has also received certifications from various institutions to enhance professional skills.
