Jannes Frindt has extensive experience in operations and incident management, currently serving as the Head of Operations Control at Deutsche Telekom since 2020, with prior roles including Manager on Duty and Lead Incident Manager. Frindt previously worked as an Operations Specialist at T-Systems International from February 2017 to April 2020 and as a Senior Fachkraft Technik & Servicespezialist at Deutsche Telekom Außendienst GmbH from July 2015 to January 2017.
