Clara C. Streit currently serves as the Chair of the Government Commission for the German Corporate Governance Code (DCGK) since March 2023. In addition to this role, Clara is a Member of the Supervisory Board at Deutsche Börse and a Member of the Board of Directors at Jerónimo Martins. Clara has held the position of Chair of the Supervisory Board at Vonovia since July 2013 and serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Bank Vontobel AG until April 2024. Additionally, Clara has been a Member of the Board of Directors at Câmara de Comércio e Indústria Luso-Alemã / AHK Portugal since July 2021, and previously served on the Supervisory Board at NN and Delta Lloyd NV. Clara's earlier experience includes an Operating Partner role at EFIC1 and board positions at UniCredit. Clara holds a degree in Finance & Accounting (lic.oec.) from Universität St.Gallen, obtained between 1987 and 1991, along with a foundational education from Ratsgymnasium Bielefeld.
