Sushmita Gulati currently serves as Vice President of TDI COO at Deutsche Bank since September 2021. Prior to this role, Sushmita held positions at Allstate Solutions Private Limited as Transformation Leader from March 2016 to September 2021 and as Head of Division from March 2016 to August 2018. Earlier experience includes Senior Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager at EXL Services from November 2004 to October 2015, Unit Manager at MphasiS BPO Services from 2002 to 2004, and Trainer at GECIS from May 2000 to May 2002. Sushmita completed a Bachelor of Arts in History at Delhi University and Delhi College of Arts and Commerce from 1997 to 2000.
