Surabhi Roy has extensive experience in financial and risk management, currently serving as the Head of the Divisional Vendor Management Office at Deutsche Bank since April 2013. In this role, Surabhi is responsible for developing governance frameworks around Third Party Risk and Conflict of Interest, overseeing risk assessments, and leading teams to ensure compliance with risk controls. Prior experience includes positions as Assistant Vice President in Financial Planning & Analysis, where management of significant budgets and forecasts was a key responsibility, as well as leading a Centre of Excellence in Business Management. Earlier in Surabhi's career, significant roles at EXL involved improving operational efficiencies and managing profit and loss. Surabhi's educational background includes post-graduate studies in History from Delhi University and a recent program on Women on Boards for Social Impact from the Indian School of Development Management.
